Cancer Screening
At the Wellington Women’s Clinic we offer a screening programme for women’s cancer, it includes:
- A consultation with a woman gynaecologist
- A cervical smear
- Breast examination, mammogram and/or ultrasound
- A pelvic scan to assess the ovaries and uterus
- A blood test for ovarian cancer screening
- Bowel cancer screening (non-invasive)
- A colposcopy to assess the lower genital tract
